2024 Event Prospectus

Calling all SF Climate Week event organizers -  

We’re excited to release the SF Climate Week Event Prospectus. The prospectus covers the format of SFCW and the various ways organizations can get involved. 

As a reminder, organizations are invited to host an event as part of SFCW. There is no limit to the number of events on the calendar an organization can have. The SFCW team will screen events to ensure they meet the SFCW event requirements.

If you still have questions after reading through the Event Prospectus, come to an upcoming information session! We designed these to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the event framework, opportunities for collaboration, and answer any questions.

Feb 7: 12 - 1pm PT 

The process for an organization being involved is first proposing your idea through the interest form. After that, event hosts will receive an invitation with instructions on creating and submitting event listings to the SFCW calendar. The calendar will open in late February. Listings will be accepted through March. We will send the Event Submission Guide out shortly with instructions for submitting listings.
